We’re first time home buyers, new parents and moving to a new city. Realtors often get a bad reputation especially in a sellers market but Robert was a dream. The challenge was on for him to find a place for us to bring our baby and set roots.  It’s our life savings and our family in his hands in a city not familiar to us.  No pressure, right? Robert hit it out of the park. He listened to our wishlist and gave us fair and realistic expectations – then he found a home that exceeded everything.  He answered every question at all hours.  He helped us understand the market and provided us with as much information as possible so we were always in a position to make the best decisions possible.  He went a step further and showed me things in the neighborhood that I specifically mentioned – like the closest Tim Hortons.  It was the little touches that added to the whole experience.  Although I can’t see us moving again, if we ever had to Robert would be our first call.

I appreciated Robert’s professionalism, infinite patience and resourcefulness. Home hunting can be a frustrating and stressful experience but you were very supportive.

If it wasn’t for Robert to hold our hands through the process and being available at any time of the day to go above and beyond for us, we would not have been able to attain our now forever home. We could never thank him enough!
